Neils meats specialise in Dry ageing beef. We source the best grass-fed beef and lamb from all over Victoria . Well aged grass fed prime steaks with marbling is what we are respected for.
We also have one of be largest variety of gourmet sausages available. We stock ready made meals and our original steak and onion burgers and Wagyu burgers are made with juicy succulent grass fed beef and Sher Wagyu.
All hams are made on premises wich allow us to take special orders including raw hams and glazed hams all year round. Our Canadian maple cured hams are extraordinary good and have a succulent define taste.
